Apparently the Belgian government has created for itself a nice off-the-record market by illegally trafficking rilatine (methylphenidate) into the country… since 1995. I say off-the-record and not black market because the government is completely aware of the trafficking, it controls the rilatine (ritalin) market. Sources (the Belgian government) and distributors (drug stores and hospitals) are known by the Belgian government, obviously.
According to F. Haesbrouck, a retired pharmacist, the generated profits of this trafficking are used to fund the socialist party’s coffers that are being exhausted by a constant flow of bribes that needs to keep the press its attention away from asking uneasy questions concerning child sex coverups.
